Our approach
Quiet, secure, and well looked after.
We keep Hillview deliberately simple: a safe compound, clean shared spaces, and clear expectations that everyone agrees to before moving in. The goal is a place where students can focus on their studies and visitors can rest without friction.
The seven rooms carry Twi names — Aseda, Nhyira, Anidaso, Ahotɔ, Adom, Nkabom, and Gyedie — words for thanksgiving, blessing, hope, peace, grace, unity, and faith. They set the tone we want the residence to keep.
Management
Madam Margaret
Hillview is managed on-site, so questions are answered by someone who knows the building and the residents. Maintenance issues are reported and handled directly, not passed through a call centre.
What guides the house
Standards we hold to.
Security first
A gated compound with CCTV in exterior and indoor common areas, and a gate secured overnight.
Quiet to study
Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. so the residence stays restful for everyone working toward something.
Clear agreements
A straightforward residence agreement means residents and management share the same expectations.
Location
Close to the University of Cape Coast.
Hillview sits within reach of the University of Cape Coast, making the daily commute short for students and convenient for visiting scholars and professionals.
