Seven named rooms, single or shared.
Each room holds up to two residents. Choose a single (the whole room to yourself) or shared occupancy. Hillview does not assign roommates — if you choose shared, bring your own or arrange one before move-in.
What's included
Settled in from day one.
- Furnished two-person room in a gated, monitored compound.
- Resident Wi-Fi (for personal study and browsing).
- Shared common areas kept clean and quiet.
- On-site management and a clear residence agreement.
- Overnight gate security; quiet hours from 10:00 p.m.
Good to know
A few house basics.
- Residents cover their own electricity and refill their gas cylinder.
- A refundable GHS 800 security deposit applies per room.
- The deposit is returned where there is no damage beyond normal wear.
- Move-in requires any outstanding balance and the deposit to be cleared.
- The academic-year term runs September 2026 – July 2027.

Short-term apartments
Two-bedroom stays — coming next.
For families and visitors who need more space for a shorter stay, two-bedroom apartments are being prepared as the next phase. The booking workflow is ready; we will open dates once the apartments are released.

Applications for the 2026/27 academic year are open. Reservations are reviewed in the order received, and management will contact you after verification.
