No. Students cannot move in until the remaining accommodation balance and the GHS 800 security deposit are paid in full.
No. Students selecting shared occupancy are responsible for securing their own roommate. If no roommate is secured by move-in, the applicant is responsible for the full room cost or may receive a refund subject to the refund policy.
Cash, Mobile Money, and Bank Deposit. Students should provide payment date, amount, method, and reference information where available.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for residents. Passwords may not be shared with non-residents and heavy downloads are prohibited.
The main gate closes at 10:00 p.m. and opens at 5:00 a.m.
